Usage reminder
- Due to local courier service, delivery will be done on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) or the nearest Weekday to your selected date
- Inclusive of: Portable Hotspot Device, Charging Cable, Pouch, Return mailer bag
- Not Inclusive of: Adapter, Insurance, Power Bank
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- Any extension of usage have to be purchased on Klook. Customer needs to contact merchant at customerservice@yogofi.com with Klook Booking Reference ID and Device SSID No. for activation

Activation procedure
- Power On: Press power button for 3 seconds. Allow about 3 minutes for connection to be established
- WiFi LED light off: Device has no internet connection
- WiFi LED light starts flashing: Device is receiving service
- WiFi LED light on: Device is ready for connection
- Signal LED light flashes: There’s connection error. Please contact our customer service support at customerservice@yogofi.com or Whatsapp us at (65) 3129 2354
- Battery LED light: Press once on the side button to see the battery capacity with the row of lights below the battery LED light. The battery LED light flashes when the device is low on battery or when it is charging
- Reset Device: Press and hold the power button for 18 seconds to restart the device
Delivery information
- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you within 3 working days before your departure date
- Delivery Time: Between 10:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
- We use local courier to facilitate the delivery; therefore we are unable to deliver at a specific timing (e.g. at 9am, before 12pm, after 3pm etc.)
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD200
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: SGD20
- You will need to return the device within 7 days after your Travel End Date
- A fee of SGD $200 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there’s 7 days of non-usage

Ho ordinato questo dispositivo per il nostro viaggio di 5 giorni a Perth. Il primo giorno si è verificato un problema con Internet, dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, risolto il problema entro un'ora. Dopo l'intero viaggio, la connessione è molto forte e fluida!
40Gb per 8 giorni è davvero la bomba. Ho usato il mio WiFi di notte ogni giorno per connettermi al mio portatile per lavoro a causa del WiFi pessimo dell'Airbnb, e ha funzionato perfettamente!
configurazione senza complicazioni. il segnale e la ricezione erano buoni, non ho riscontrato alcun calo di segnale in città ma potrebbe essere più lento nelle aree più remote.
Utilizzato per il nostro viaggio in Australia nel NSW. La connessione è stata abbastanza buona per tutto il viaggio, tranne in alcune zone vicino alla costa e in montagna. Mi è piaciuto molto quanto fosse conveniente ottenere e restituire anche il dispositivo! Il servizio clienti è stato estremamente utile e veloce ed è riuscito a risolvere il mio problema di connessione il primo giorno.
Il router è arrivato entro 1 giorno lavorativo dalla prenotazione e anche il servizio clienti è stato molto veloce nel rispondere alla mia e-mail quando avevo una domanda. La connessione nell'Australia occidentale era buona e la durata della batteria era buona.
Molto facile da usare anche se ho dovuto contattare il servizio clienti al mio arrivo per ripristinarli. Ho usato il wifi dell'aeroporto per contattarli. Quindi assicurati di configurarlo prima di lasciare l'aeroporto. Il resto del viaggio è andato bene e anche il ritorno è stato abbastanza facile.
Consegna veloce e facile da configurare. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'abilitazione del router wifi il primo giorno in Australia. Rispondi prontamente al servizio clienti e risolvi il nostro problema in modo efficiente. Tuttavia, questo wifi non funziona bene al di fuori delle città (Melbourne City, Sydney City e Brisbane City).
Molto semplice! Il router è stato consegnato a domicilio prima del viaggio. e anche facile da restituire.
È stato un piacere usare questo token wifi, l'unico piccolo problema è stato quando il quinto dispositivo è connesso, qualcuno verrà espulso.
Abbiamo avuto un problema iniziale con il funzionamento del router; tuttavia ha funzionato bene dopo aver contattato l'Helpdesk tramite Whatsapp. Generalmente il Wi-Fi era buono nelle aree urbane, ad esempio Goldcoast e Brisbane... tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati in periferia, c'erano problemi di connettività.
