Luggage Information
- Each passenger may carry 1 item of large luggage and 1 item of hand luggage. Any additional large luggage will be charged at EUR5 per item. Extra hand luggage will not incur any additional charges
- Any luggage weighing more than 23kg will be charged as an extra item. Any luggage weighing more than 30kg will be refused

- In case you foresee that you will not be on time, please contact us as soon as possible and inform us about the delay so we can check with our staff if there is free space on the next shuttle (shuttles depart every hour)

molto facile e molto fortunato. Sembra VIP perché nessuno si unisce alla navetta. L'autista è stato molto utile e puntuale. Super!!
Anche se ero in ritardo di 10 minuti guidando, è stata comunque una bella esperienza nel complesso e sono arrivato all'alloggio velocemente e senza intoppi. Inizialmente dovevamo portarlo solo in un albergo vicino, ma alla fine lo abbiamo mandato al suo alloggio. Ero l'unico in questo viaggio, quindi è stato un buon affare noleggiare un'auto per me!

My flight was delayed for more than 6hours. I immediately informed Key Tours (travel agent) who was in charged for my Airport pick-up to my accommodation. I notified them more than 8 hours with proof my flight delay. I found out that the last trip was fully booked, so I demanded a refund. Key Tours said that they don't issue refund which is totally unfair!! I ended up taking taxi to my hotel and paid €40 for 20min drive!!!! I wish Key Tours can give a little more consideration during situations like this. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Davvero un buon servizio, ma avremmo voluto che ci lasciassero di fronte al nostro hotel se avessimo pagato lo stesso prezzo del nostro trasferimento in hotel. Meglio chiedere prima se l'autobus ti lascerà al tuo hotel designato prima di prenotare questo!
quite disappointed! it shows that booking can be made at 7am..but got an email from the transfer can only be made by 9am and needed to cancel and asked for refund from klook..I didn't mind to wait till 9am and kept my booking. a confirmation email has been received. however, I kept waiting at the airport without anyone came to pick me up..I called the company several time and suffered what should I do..finally they sent a taxi. I wondered they hv missed my appointment

L'autista è stato gentile e proattivo nell'aiutare a spingere i bagagli. Non ero scontento di aver mancato l'orario di ritiro previsto perché il mio volo era in ritardo e organizzerò il volo successivo. È un peccato che, a differenza di quanto detto sopra da Klook, c'è un ritiro ogni ora. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, riceverai un'e-mail che ti dirà dove aspettare che l'autista venga a prenderti. Tuttavia, il bus navetta che preleva l'aeroporto parte ogni due ore. Se lo perdi, dovrai aspettare per quasi due ore, il che è molto inefficiente e fa perdere tempo ai viaggiatori. Non è stato consegnato all'hotel designato, ma è vicino e può essere ricevuto. Abbiamo prenotato un bus navetta (più economico), ma forse a causa del numero di persone, abbiamo deciso di prendere un minibus da 9 passeggeri (tranne me e mio marito, c'era solo un altro passeggero quel giorno), che sembrava un lieve compenso. Se i voli non sono frequenti, sarà difficile prendere in considerazione la possibilità di prenderlo la prossima volta. L'orario di turno previsto per il 26/06/2019 è 13:00, 15:00 e così via!
Facile trovare il bancone per prelevare dall'aeroporto all'hotel
È molto comodo, ed è molto più sicuro evitare la metropolitana.L'auto che viene a prenderti è una Mercedes.
