- For the departure service, we suggest you set the pick up time at least 2 hours early
- The service area is available within Xi'an 3rd ring road
- The will wait 40 minutes for arriving transfers, 30 minutes for departure transfers. Please contact customer service if you can't find the driver
Surcharges:
- Fees are applicable to pick up and drop offs outside of Xi'an 3rd Ring Road

- For MPVs: CNY2.5 per km

l'autista stava aspettando all'uscita e mi ha anche aiutato a procurarmi i biglietti per il mio prossimo viaggio. non parlava inglese ma aveva un tradotto per la comunicazione.
La stazione ferroviaria nord era così grande che non riuscivamo a trovare il nostro autista da nessuna parte. Fortunatamente abbiamo provato a cercare e abbiamo aspettato un bel po' finché non mi sono avvicinato a un ragazzo con un cartello klook. L'autista non ha tenuto particolarmente alto ed evidente il cartello. Forse è per questo che non l'abbiamo visto. Ci ha quasi lasciati in una zona residenziale invece che in hotel. Grazie a dio per google maps perché c'è anche una barriera linguistica. Quindi lo indirizziamo semplicemente tramite google map. Tutto sommato, un'esperienza interessante.
L'autista è stato molto gentile, è arrivato esattamente in orario. Auto molto pulita e confortevole. Autista molto sicuro. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Usciamo dalla stazione ferroviaria nord di Xi'an. Ci sono due fermate a nord ea sud, Si Fu era preoccupato di non poterci venire a prendere, quindi ha invitato sua moglie ad andare con lui. I due stavano aspettando rispettivamente alle uscite della Stazione Sud e della Stazione Nord.
Il servizio di guida è buono, buona esperienza.

L'autista era molto gentile e teneva un cartello e aspettava, quindi è stato facile trovarlo. Ci voleva un po' più tempo quando c'era un ingorgo. L'esperienza complessiva è stata fantastica.
Condividere un viaggio con gli amici è un ottimo affare e non devi portare con te i bagagli.
NON PRENOTARE QUESTO SERVIZIO l'autista non si è presentato e Klook deve ancora rispondere alla mia e-mail per un rimborso e rimborsare il costo della tariffa del taxi, siamo senza soldi per un servizio che non è mai stato fornito, il sistema di taxi è più facile che usare questo servizio

Brutta esperienza. Abbiamo aspettato più di 45 minuti ma l'autista non è arrivato. Ho anche provato a cercare il nostro nome con l'autista ma non l'ho trovato. Finalmente dobbiamo prendere un taxi che anche noi dobbiamo aspettare in grande coda. Esperienza davvero negativa con klook questa volta e per questo motivo ho annullato altre 2 prenotazioni di trasferimento. Voglio solo indietro i miei soldi, autista molto poco professionale.
