Staffs were friendly and helpful, the hotel located very conveniently. Walkable distance from chinatown!

Firstly, I did not get to experience this activity on 9th May, I received an email 2 days before (7th May) my booking date to say that the hotel will be closed as they are helping the government in isolation or whatever reasons. Will a hotel be known of this ONLY 2 DAYS BEFORE? I wouldn't know and this is not within my control nor the hote. The part where I am disgusted is how Klook chooses to resolve this. They gave me 3 options 1) Change the stay date 2) Choose a different staycation/product since are using our Singapore vouchers 3) Refund the NON SDV portion Sub point 1 - what the &%$^ is with option 3? With no fault of the buyer, you are eating our vouchers?!!! Sub point 2 - For option 2, they said they will take 2 weeks to process? Do you seriously need 2 weeks to process a booking when I already gave you my alternative options? If you are expecting a lot of cancellations or postponements, it is basic procedures to handle those bookings that are occurring the soonest! My booking is in 2 days for god's sake! I am also in the service industry and I am trained and taught to handle urgent requests within 24 hours! And a company like Klook cannot? What team are you guys hiring then? ok EVEN if you cannot process my request within 24 hours, as I am writing this, it is 13th May, NONE of your team bother to reply my various emails. Is it so hard to send an email ' we have received your request, please give us up to 2 weeks as stated to process it' is it that hard? If so, please let your management team replace your entire team or get someone who is willing to attend to a customer more sincerely.

Siamo spiacenti di sapere che hai avuto un'esperienza di prenotazione spiacevole con noi e comprendiamo davvero l'inconveniente che hai attraversato. Poiché sono coinvolte molte prenotazioni interessate, sono necessarie almeno 2 settimane per elaborare la richiesta. La tua gentile comprensione e pazienza sono molto apprezzate.
no frills and customer service was almost non existence. overall not a bad experience. The mothers day deal was worthy though.
Camere belle e confortevoli. La posizione è facilmente accessibile in quanto è proprio in cima alla stazione MRT di Outram Park. A pochi passi da Chinatown e anche nelle vicinanze di molti caffè. Il bagno è saggio è un po' piccolo per muoversi facilmente. Un piccolo problema riscontrato in una delle mie stanze è al momento del check-in, c'è una bottiglia d'acqua vuota lasciata nella doccia e ha richiesto più cuscini, ma ci sono volute 2,5 ore e un'altra chiamata di follow-up per far venire finalmente qualcuno a rimuovere quella bottiglia e manda i cuscini
Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera accogliente. Il bagno e la doccia sono leggermente stretti per un preggy. Altrimenti direi che va tutto bene👍🏻
Prenota questa stanza per la festa di compleanno del mio amico. Ricevuto una torta in omaggio su una richiesta. A causa delle dimensioni della camera, sono ammesse solo 2 persone. Il che ci causa qualche inconveniente per decorare la stanza. Nel complesso l'hotel è altamente accessibile ma necessita di rinnovamento all'esterno.
Soggiorno piacevole anche se un po' piccolo ma comunque molto bello
Ottimo posto per stare vicino a Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar e Tiong Bahru. L'imbarazzo della scelta su bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. 0 stelle per il supporto di klook, tuttavia, anche dopo il follow-up, klook non è riuscito a fornire una risposta prima del mio viaggio.
