15 Stamford by Alvin Leung’s Salmon Yu Sheng Platter is a must-have and which comes laden with premium vegetable slaw, plum dressing and crackling fresh skin crisps. Diners may further customise their platter with add on options including Hiramasa kingfish, Hokkaido scallop and Maine lobster.

HolyCrab’s Signature Green Sauce is an aromatic tangy blend of our fragrant infused oil with our mildly sweet plum sauce. Tossed with crunchy vegetable slaw, laden with generous golden crisps and flavourful fish skin cracklings. Thinking of a luxurious treat? Add-on choices of premium crab meat or juicy ingots of abalones are also available for you to complete the experience.
HolyCrab Yu Sheng Platter for groups of 2 are also available upon request.

Famous Treasure:
Indulge the Chinese New Year season with Famous Treasure’s Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng or take the Lo-Hei celebration up an extravagant notch with the Prosperity Salmon and Abalone Yu Sheng. The Yu Sheng is served with a savoury sweet-sour sauce a recipe specially created by the chef to complement the elegant selection of Chinese food. Each dish is crafted to reflect the best of Nanyang flavours.
Served in take-away packaging and disposable ware for fuss-free consumption at the Domes.

Booking via Klook was fuss free and convenient. I always book my tickets with Klook directly. The experience was something different and it’s a nice change from having lo hei in the dome as compared to having it at the restaurants. The Yu Sheng was delicious too. The dome was clean

Grande esperienza. Yu Sheng era bravo. ma sarebbe meglio se la prenotazione fosse stata effettuata per la notte, dato che fa abbastanza caldo alle 14:00
La mia esperienza culinaria al Dome è stata deliziosa, così piacevole, perché era un ambiente unico. Ci è stato permesso di scegliere una cupola. C'erano abbastanza decorazioni colorate all'interno e all'esterno della cupola. Faceva abbastanza fresco con l'aria condizionata. I posti a sedere erano sufficienti e confortevoli. Bene.
La Cupola è pulita e più piccola del previsto. Servizio cordiale da parte del personale di Dome e Holycrab, anche se un po' deluso dalla qualità di Yusheng.
