Important Notes

  • Please note that you have to redeem this Avo Travel Voucher at www.heyavo.com/en/products/klook for the insurance to be enforce (instructions below).
  • We can cover your leisure travels and business trips (so long as it’s an office job).
  • The Insured Person(s) must hold a valid HKID, and must be at least 18 years old.
  • The maximum age covered is 80 years old.
  • The trip must depart from and return to Hong Kong.
  • Kindly note that the earliest redemption date is 3 months prior to the departure date, and you must start your trip within 90 days from the voucher purchase date.
  • Note: COVID-19 Extension currently only covers the following destinations: Mainland China, Macao Special Administrative, Singapore and Taiwan. If you are first diagnosed with COVID-19 whilst on your trip, Avo travel insurance will cover medical & related expenses incurred overseas and follow up medical expenses in Hong Kong. The emergency medical evacuation is also covered.
