Era davvero delizioso, soprattutto il kani miso e le vongole hotate.

I camerieri erano troppo occupati e non riuscivano a servirci completamente per molte volte, perché parte del cibo richiedeva che aiutassero a grigliare, ma la metà delle volte dovevano aiutare gli altri ospiti, quindi non sapevano quando il cibo era pronto da mangiare Il risultato è che a volte era troppo crudo, ma a parte questo, vale la pena provare l'esperienza complessiva!

Waiter/Waitress has no clue on how to process Klook voucher. Absolute worse. Went into restaurant and waiters didn’t know what was our klook order. After much persuasion. Was served miso soup and rice in the beginning together with some chicken kaarage and some kind meat in the beginning. We were given tomatoes and chilli together with squid which we began cooking. This isn’t exactly what we only order…? After that we just sat there and waited blindly because she staff did not knew what we ordered despite telling them and show them the Japanese order chit 3-4 times. - via klook. We just waited and waited. I had to tell them something was missing repeatedly then they went to bring out that few extra ingredients. So 20mins later my clams came out (1 out of 2 was spoilt) and the scallops were so pathetic (look at the size of one). I had to tell them again that my order included sashimi plater and another fifth time to bring out one abalone. All in all it’s SUPER SAD and extremely disappointing. I had so much hopes for this restaurant and this was my mom’s first meal in Japan yet it was such a disappointment. $80++ SGD for awful seafood that I could get much better back at home. 0 stars, I would instantly demand for a refund and leave because what’s the point, the staffs don’t understand anything. I don’t even know what I got is correct… I am putting in screenshots for accountability and the time stamps. - I dined at Shinjuku outlet.

L'atteggiamento del servizio è davvero buono. Ci ha aiutato a preparare gli ingredienti e ha anche chiacchierato con noi. Sebbene non capissimo la lingua, praticamente non ci sono stati grossi problemi.

Ci sono sconti al momento dell'acquisto, le prenotazioni vengono effettuate contemporaneamente e gli ingredienti sono freschi, ma nessuno ti insegnerà a grigliare bene gli ingredienti.

Ho avuto un'esperienza culinaria fantastica all'Isomaru Suisan di Shinjuku! Il menù fisso era abbondante e ci ha lasciato sazi e soddisfatti. Il servizio è stato di prim'ordine: quando non eravamo sicuri di come cucinare l'abalone fresco, il personale è intervenuto gentilmente e lo ha cucinato per noi. La loro cordialità e attenzione hanno davvero arricchito il nostro pasto. Il pesce era incredibilmente fresco e l'atmosfera era vivace, rendendolo un posto perfetto per gustare autentici frutti di mare giapponesi. Altamente consigliato a chiunque cerchi una fantastica esperienza di pesce in un izakaya a Tokyo!
