Ho prenotato con entusiasmo il tour di osservazione delle balene mattutino di Oahu, ma alla fine non sono riuscito a salire sulla barca. Sono arrivato sul posto intorno alle 9:05, con un buon margine rispetto all'orario di partenza delle 9:15. Tuttavia, la posizione indicata sulla mappa dell'app Klook non era il "Molo 8", il luogo d'imbarco effettivo, ma un altro posto nelle vicinanze. Ho continuato a vagare alla ricerca del luogo d'imbarco in quella posizione e, quando finalmente ho trovato la posizione corretta, la barca era già partita. Sul posto ho spiegato che le informazioni della mappa sull'app non erano accurate, ma non ho potuto né fare l'esperienza né ricevere un rimborso. Per favore, coloro che useranno questo tour in futuro, non fidatevi solo della mappa dell'app, ma assicuratevi di controllare individualmente la posizione esatta del "Molo 8" in anticipo prima di andarci. Sono molto dispiaciuto di aver subito una cosa del genere in un viaggio che avrebbe dovuto essere piacevole.
