Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before a voucher is redeemed
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
  • Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
  • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
  • Redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded
  • Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
