Facile da usare. Il traghetto è un po' imballato senza posti numerati. Devi essere veloce per salire sul traghetto per prendere un buon posto
Servizio meraviglioso ed efficiente da parte del venditore che mi ha contattato direttamente per organizzare i biglietti, anche se si trattava di un acquisto dell'ultimo minuto e necessitava di alcune modifiche ai biglietti. Altamente raccomandato!

Nothing spectacular in overall. Thank god that the uncle at the parking space reminded us to get the boarding pass at the Blue Water counter. The e-voucher doesn't work.
Molto comodo e veloce come se aspetti l'ultimo minuto per prendere i tuoi biglietti potrebbe non esserci più spazio...
Ho prenotato per il traghetto delle 9:30, ma siamo saliti a bordo intorno alle 9:55 perché c'erano troppe persone e abbiamo bisogno di aspettare un altro traghetto, il che penso che la tempestività possa essere migliorata. Il processo di emissione dei biglietti non è efficiente anche perché controllano solo dopo che tutti i passeggeri sono seduti, non all'ingresso. Per i viaggiatori di gruppo, solo una persona terrà i biglietti per tutti i membri e poiché si tratta di un posto libero, potrebbe essere difficile indicare quali persone viaggiano insieme a me poiché sono tutte sedute in posti diversi. Ottieni ciò per cui hai pagato, quindi per il prezzo che ho pagato è accettabile. Tuttavia prenderò in considerazione la possibilità di optare per un altro operatore di traghetti che è più costoso in cambio di un servizio migliore e di un ambiente più confortevole.
