- Over 18s only on this tour. These are dark, late night tours; please don’t drink any alcohol before you arrive.
- To enjoy a fully immersive experience, we'll provide a personal audio device and headphones. Your Storyteller will use a headset with microphone to ensure you hear every word over the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh's lively Old Town.
- Your tour begins at the Mercat Cross, a large, eight-sided monument on the Royal Mile, just downhill from St Giles Cathedral and directly across from the City Chambers, postcode EH1 1RF. -To help you enjoy your tour we can provide portable stools and sensory bags (available for younger people and adults.) Simply contact us in advance and we’ll have it ready at the Mercat Cross to start your tour in comfort.
- We like to make sure that your guide has plenty of time to meet you, so please be at the Mercat Cross 15 minutes before your tour starts. It also helps ensure your tour begins promptly.
