Additional Information:

  • Any luggage size of luggage is fixed price as JPY2,500
  • Maximum luggage size: 210cm (total length, width, and height) and weigh more than 31kg. Also, the operator cannot deliver items that are difficult to carry, such as bicycles
  • The following items are prohibited: Valuables, cash, hazardous/illegal items, animals, plants, or similar
  • Please make sure you have a booking at the hotel you wish for your luggage to be delivered. If not, we may not be able to deliver your luggage
  • Insurance covers up to JPY200,000 for any lost or damaged of luggage resultign from delievry process
  • If you wish to change the number of luggage to deliver, please inform the staff at the counter and pay additonal fees by cash or credit card on spot
  • Your luggage cannot be accepted after business hours even due to flight delays or any uncontrollable reasons. If you cannot make it during business hours, please inform to reschdule the delivery schedule in advance.
  • You will be required to provide Name (preferrably same name under hotel booking), Email Address, Hotel Name, Hotel Address, and Flight No to complete booking process

Luggage Delivery Information:

  • This service covers 23 wards in Tokyo 23, Kanagawa (Yokohama and Kawasaki), and Urayasu area
  • Your luggage can only be delivered to hotels, ryokkan, and guest house where front desk or clerk is always availbale
  • You can drop off your lauggage from 11:00am to 6:00pm for same day delivery
  • If you drop off your luggage by 2:00pm, your luggage will be delivered from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
  • If you drop off your luggage after 2:00pm, it will delivered from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Arrival time may change due to traffic conditions andf reservation details
