Additional information

  • The minimum rental duration is 3 days (includes the day of pick-up and drop-off, order less than 3 days will not be processed)
  • Indicate your complete contact and hotel information upon check out. Deliveries will be made a day prior to your arrival
  • This rental service is not available from 30 Dec-4 Jan due to Japanese New Year holidays
  • Important: The name you fill in when checking out must be the same with the one you use for hotel reservation
  • Please note: Deliveries cannot be made for guests staying in Airbnbs or any similar accommodations. Those orders will not processed
  • If you would like to extend your rental period, you can send an email to HELP@LILEO.JP. An additional rental surcharge of JPY1,700 per day will apply, to be paid upon returning the package
  • The products can only be delivered to Hokkaido(北海道), Tokyo(東京), Chiba(千葉), Osaka(大阪), Kyoto(京都), Kobe(神戸), Nara(奈良), Hiroshima(広島), and Fukuoka(福岡)
