L'auto era nuova e bella. Questo è l'unico aspetto positivo. L'autista non parlava inglese. L'autista non si è fermato da nessuna parte lungo la strada. Gli ho chiesto più volte di smettere di tessere negozi ma non ha nemmeno accettato le mie richieste. Anche il driver non ha letto Lao poiché Google Translate è stato un errore. L'autista non ha accettato la prenotazione di Klook che era per 8 ore. L'autista non ci ha lasciato fare acquisti in pace. Ci correva dappertutto perché era annoiato. La subagenzia di Klook è patetica. Non condividerebbero un numero a cui potrei chiamarli. Mi hanno dato ripetutamente il numero della hotline di Singapore. Continuavano a insistere perché scrivessi loro. Non hanno risposto in tempo ai miei messaggi. Ho scritto un messaggio ieri alle 15 e mi hanno risposto stamattina. Ha dato una risposta generica chiedendo scusa per l'inconveniente. Consiglio vivamente a tutti i turisti che vengono a Luang Prabang di evitare Klook e il loro subappaltatore, Lao Smile, se vuoi rilassarti. Ha distrutto la mia giornata. Patetico.
