L'esperienza che abbiamo avuto è stata perfetta. Il nostro autista ci stava aspettando al punto d'incontro quando siamo usciti e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Il viaggio è stato fluido e l'autista ha aspettato che ricevessimo le chiavi della nostra sistemazione prima di lasciare i bagagli. klook è stato molto rapido ed efficiente nell'aiutarci con la nostra richiesta dell'ultimo minuto.
L'auto era molto pulita e confortevole e l'autista era molto bravo e ha regolato bene le cose per rendere il viaggio agevole

Mi è stata data l'istruzione su dove avrei potuto incontrare l'autista. Ma quando sono arrivato all'aeroporto stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione quindi non sono riuscito a trovare il punto di raccolta e non ho ricevuto alcun messaggio né chiamata dall'autista che dovrebbe venirmi a prendere. e con il mio telefono a corto di batteria ho usato l'opzione di chat di klook. Hanno insistito affinché dovessi essere al punto di raccolta in cui il buono mi ha indicato di essere. Ho fatto il giro dell'arrivo all'aeroporto due volte con i miei 2 bagagli e 2 piccoli. NON.UN.BUONA.ESPERIENZA.PER.UN.PRIMO.TIMER.A.MELBOURNE! NON AFFIDARTI A QUESTO SERVIZIO DI PICK UP.
