- This activity is not wheelchair and stroller accessible
- The activity is unable to accommodate any strict dietary requirements (e.g. allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets)
- The operator can only issue snowshoes with a size of 20cm or larger. Participants who can only wear snowshoes with a size of 19cm or below won't be able to participate in this activity
- Please refrain from consuming alcohol before the tour, and refrain from consuming alcohol, eating and smoking during the tour
- Depending on the weather condition, the operator may cut short or cancel the activity right before it starts for the safety of the participants. In such cases, you will be notified at the location and will be given a full refund
What to Wear:
- Please wear warm clothing that can protect you against wind and rain. Dressing in layers is preferred
- Warm winter items such as a scarf, gloves, hat, etc. and sunglasses are required
- Skirts and high heels are not allowed
- Please wear warm, waterproof, high-cut winter snow boots. Customers will be wearing snowshoes over their own footwear
- Please note that footwear and pant legs may get wet during the experience
