- Your SIM card will be delivered to you 3 day(s) before your departure date
- Delivery schedule: Monday-Friday
- For example, if you wish to have your SIM card delivery by 24 May (Thursday), your booking should be no later than 21 May (Monday)
- For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
- SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore only
Activation procedure
- All SIM cards must be activated 3 months from the date of booking
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
- Please see the instructions in the manual that comes in with the SIM card package
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, or refunds can be made
- Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the simcard

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- All SIM cards have a maximum of 6GB consumable data within 15 days
- 2G phones or below are not supported for this SIM card package
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card

Ho ricevuto la mia scheda SIM in 5 giorni e ho utilizzato bene i dati. Ha una velocità molto elevata e molto comodo da usare. Molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto. La sim card non copriva la Turchia, ma copriva il resto d'Europa.

La scheda SIM è stata consegnata alla porta e il gestore effettua ancora una chiamata quando in quel momento non c'è nessuno in casa. È molto facile da usare in quanto dovrai solo possedere i dati in roaming per poterlo utilizzare immediatamente.

Si consiglia vivamente di utilizzare questa carta SIM se si sta andando in Europa per 15 giorni. Sia io che mio marito abbiamo usato questa scheda SIM per scattare foto, aggiornare le nostre igstories, il nostro facebook e anche per le chiamate whatsapp e per i messaggi di testo whatsapp. Sfortunatamente, non può essere utilizzato per le normali chiamate dirette. Il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ne vale davvero la pena rispetto a Changi consiglia il noleggio di router Wi-Fi che può costare fino a SGD $ 100 ++ per 15 giorni. 😊👍🏼

Veloce e affidabile. Facile da configurare. Non ho cambiato nulla sull'impostazione. Basta inserire la scheda SIM ed è pronto per l'uso. La rete è stata fluida durante l'utilizzo della sim nei Paesi Bassi, Germania, Austria, Lussemburgo, Belgio e Francia. Consigliato!

Molto facile da attivare e consegna veloce per le carte SIM. Anche se è un po' caro per la consegna. Non ho avuto problemi ed era comunque utilizzabile anche in periferia. Düsseldorf > Colonia > Cochem > Wuppertal > Essen > Roermond (Paesi Bassi)

consegnato in tempo prima della partenza, facilmente connesso quando siamo a Londra, Parigi, Belgio e Paesi Bassi .. può caricare foto online senza alcuna interruzione ..

L'acquisto di una sim card europea è stato davvero un gioco da ragazzi quando si utilizza Klook .. basta scegliere la sim corretta scegliere la validità e il volume e sei pronto per esplorare il mondo .. consiglio vivamente klook ma non acquistare all'ultimo minuto perché devi dare almeno klook tre giorni liberi (per ogni evenienza) per l'arrivo della sim.. comprerò di nuovo in futuro...
