Questa è una truffa! Klook mi ha dato la possibilità di prenotare una fascia oraria che ha superato l'orario di apertura dell'operatore e si è rifiutato di concedermi un rimborso. Klook ha preso i miei soldi per un servizio non reso. Mi sono sentito così ingannato da una compagnia irragionevole. Avrei dato ZERO stelle se avessi potuto. Klook è disonesto
