Worst experience. Driver did not arrive on time. Waited for more than 2hrs and he did not turn up. He didn’t bother to text/call to update us in his eta. Had to get a refund in the end

L'auto è arrivata in orario ed è stato un lungo viaggio fino a Ubud perché era molto lontano. guida comoda e sicura, quindi tutto va bene, nessun problema graziesss
Molto comodo e puntuale. Sebbene la nostra posizione di riconsegna sia lontana e non comoda per le auto, è stato comunque molto paziente nel cercare modi per arrivarci.

L'atteggiamento dell'autista è stato molto buono ed era disposto a collaborare se avesse chiesto una partenza anticipata se avesse fatto una richiesta temporanea. Al ritorno abbiamo chiesto di fermarci al supermercato e l'autista non si è lamentato, lo consiglio vivamente. Nonostante non sia presente l'indicatore Klook per l'auto, non c'è stato alcun problema a contattarmi tramite WhatsApp perché lo abbiamo fornito prima.
L'autista è arrivato con 30 minuti di anticipo e ci ha aspettato mentre facevamo il check-out dall'hotel. Siamo rimasti in contatto tramite WhatsApp per tutto il tempo. Buon servizio!

L'autista è stato molto gentile ed è arrivato prima dell'orario previsto. Successivamente, volevamo andare al supermercato e lui ha pazientemente spiegato la nostra strada. Eccezionale!

As Kuta was busy they couldn’t drop us there so we asked to be dropped in seminyak instead, this is £1 extra on here but they insisted we had to pay 200k which is equivalent £11, I said there must be some mistake and it must be 20k as this is more like £1 but they said no and insisted we had to pay 200k. Even though we had discussed and agreed prior to pick up they didn’t mention the extra charge beforehand or even at the start of the journey, they mentioned last minute before we were about to be dropped off which I thought was a real con and underhanded. You should not use this untrustworthy taxi firm again. Therefore please can you refund me the £10 that I was unfairly ripped off by and was made to pay.
