Esperienza molto positiva con questo trasferimento privato. L'auto sembrava nuova di zecca, l'aria condizionata era fresca e confortevole e siamo arrivati a destinazione prima del tempo previsto. Grande pilota!

Ho prenotato un trasferimento in città da Sanur all'aeroporto di Denpasar. Ho ricevuto un'e-mail 2 giorni prima della corsa, che era stata subappaltata a un'azienda di trasporti locale. Ho seguito le istruzioni lì per inviare un'e-mail all'operatore in subappalto in merito al mio indirizzo di ritiro aggiornato. Questo operatore non ha mai risposto alla mia e-mail, finché non li ho chiamati per il follow-up. Quando l'autista è arrivato, mi ha detto il pedaggio per l'aeroporto. Non ho preparato questa somma di denaro e gli ho detto di prendere un percorso senza pedaggio. Poi mi ha detto che dovevo pagare la tassa di riconsegna all'aeroporto. Gradirei che questo operatore mi dicesse il pedaggio e la tariffa al telefono piuttosto che all'ultimo minuto del viaggio!

Al momento del controllo, si informa gentilmente che questo è menzionato sul voucher (Descrizione del pacchetto) che, non include le tasse di pedaggio (11.500 IDR), che è indicato anche nei dettagli del pacchetto sul nostro sito web. Tuttavia, inoltreremo questo commento all'operatore locale affinché possa offrire ai nostri clienti un'esperienza migliore in futuro. La tua comprensione su questo è molto apprezzata!
