Desidero sporgere denuncia contro l'operatore (Yo Tours). Il supporto di Klook mi ha detto che gli operatori mi avrebbero contattato per il mio tour a piedi. Il giorno stesso entro le 15:00 non c'erano né chiamate né e-mail. Sono stato costretto a prendere accordi alternativi. Klook dovrebbe interrompere questo tour. Vorrei un rimborso per questo servizio che non è mai avvenuto.
