Activation procedure

  • Once you arrive in your destination, you will need to setup the APN (Access Point Name) on your phone to enjoy the data roaming. Please follow the quick start guide for assistance
  • ANDROID: go to Settings and select Connections. Then select Mobile Networks and search for Access Point Names (APN). Click Add and select Name, edit it to tunetalk and click OK. Save the edited APN and select tunetalk. Refer to this video for further assistance
  • iOS: go to Settings and select Mobile Data. Then select Mobile Data Network and ensure Access Point Name (APN) is tunetalk. Refer to this video for further assistance
  • Once activated, the SIM card is valid for 7 days
