Faceva davvero freddo e c'era vento, alcune attrazioni erano chiuse ma quelle aperte meritano una visita. Anche la redenzione è abbastanza facile.
Le montagne, la neve... tutto era pittoresco! Il riscatto è stato abbastanza semplice, basta mostrare loro il tuo e-voucher
Onestamente il viaggio stesso è stato fantastico! Anche il tempo è stato a nostro favore. Abbiamo avuto modo di vedere e sperimentare così tanto. Nel complesso ne è valsa la pena :)
Finora ho avuto un'esperienza positiva con Klook, quindi mi fido davvero dell'azienda per questa prenotazione. Tuttavia, Klook ha gestito questo caso davvero male. In primo luogo, la compagnia mi ha emesso il biglietto sbagliato per Jungfraujoch. Sono dovuto scendere alla biglietteria il giorno del viaggio, solo per scoprire che il mio biglietto era stato emesso in modo errato e ho dovuto acquistare un altro biglietto a mie spese. In secondo luogo, ho segnalato la mia preoccupazione a Klook e mi è stato detto più e più volte che mi avrebbero risposto entro 24 ore, ma fino ad ora non è mai successo. In totale, ho sostenuto più di $ 800 per 4 biglietti che non ho potuto utilizzare. Pertanto, consiglio vivamente di recarsi alla biglietteria di Grindelwald in una giornata di bel tempo, invece di prenotarla online con Klook.
