ha acquistato i biglietti online per domani 20 dicembre ma ha accidentalmente inserito una data sbagliata oggi 19 dicembre. Chatta con il servizio clienti online dall'estero. il servizio clienti è stato disposto ad aiutare a controllare ma ha risposto che i biglietti non possono essere utilizzati. fortunatamente sono andato allo sportello della funicolare e ho provato a riscattare i biglietti e sono riuscito a riscattare anche se la data è sbagliata.

È stato facile riscattare il biglietto. Il viaggio è stato piacevole. La vista andava bene, non troppo bene, a causa delle nuvole. Nel complesso, andava bene. Forse non troppo impressionante se sei appena arrivato dalla Svizzera.

è stata una bella esperienza va allo zoo alpino e il biglietto di ritorno è incluso ma suggerirei di acquistare la carta di innsbruck che include questa corsa
