Minivan

• Opel Vivaro or similar
• Good for groups of 6 passengers or less
• Can fit 6 carry-on luggage and 6 check-in luggage

Minibus

• Renault Trafic or similar
• Good for groups of 8 passengers or less
• Can fit 8 carry-on luggage and 8 check-in luggage

Child Seat:

• Child seats are available for all types of vehicles upon request
• Child seat types: Infant seats (suitable for children aged 0-2 ) and booster seats (suitable for children aged 3-4)

Luggage Policy:

• The vehicles can accommodate one bag or suitcase per passenger seat. All luggage must be declared upon booking. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles will be required to transport excess luggage
• Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: Based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There is no maximum weight restriction for this service

Additional Information:

• Service hours: 24 hours, daily
• Child seats are free of charge for all vehicle options. Please indicate the number of children who will be needing child seats upon check out
• It is not allowed to consume food or drinks inside the vehicle
• Please note: The vehicles are not wheelchair and stroller-friendly
• Special luggage (such as golf bags or skis) can be transported free of charge. Please indicate their quantities upon check out
• Passengers are allowed to bring their pets on board. Kindly indicate if you are traveling with your pet upon check out

Surcharges:

• Please note: The driver will start charging a fee for late arrivals. Please contact the driver in case of unexpected delays in your flight or hotel check-out time. The phone number of the driver can be found on the top of the voucher. The driver is not obliged to wait after the free waiting time has passed
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
