- You can modify the pick up time within 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Klook's customer service for inquiries
- If you fail to pick up the device within 24 hours of your booked time, the phone might be rented to another client
- Failure to return the smartphone on time will incur an additional charge of EUR200
- Please inform the operator in advance if you will fail to return the device on time due to unforseen circumstances. Otherwise, the operator will consider it as loss or stolen and your card will be charged with EUR200
- If you would like to extend your rental period, please inform the operator at least 48 hours prior the scheduled return time

Il telefono funziona bene! Facile da usare! La ricezione è buona.
È la scelta migliore per noleggiare questo dispositivo dove ti connetti mentre sei a Parigi. L'ho usato anche in Belgio e funziona. Vale i soldi per cui hai pagato. Ottieni 2 GB al giorno e non lo finisco nemmeno. Questo è davvero un must!
Easy to use however phone settings configured is complicated and we might easily exceed the given amount of data, or accidentally use data roaming when out of EU.

Easy pick up and phone worked effectively. Lasted the whole day without charge and has fast internet while using as hotspot.
Il cellulare è stato molto utile, internet era veloce. Funziona anche in metropolitana. Ha anche una fotocamera decente e una lunga durata della batteria. L'unica battuta d'arresto è che ho scelto un servizio di restituzione prepagato via posta, ma mi è stato comunque chiesto denaro quando ho restituito l'unità nonostante avessi una busta prepagata e un francobollo già pagato!
Molto utile ed è stato facile da usare. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza straordinaria a Parigi. Grazie klook.
We arrived at the Orly Airport and went to the Tourism Info Desk to pick up the wifi, however, they couldn't find my reservation. The person at the desk called his supervisor and sent a photo of the voucher to him. He said that they don't carry the product there and cannot do anything about it. I never got the travel smartphone and just wasted my money.
Excellent customer service, but there are some areas where the signal were so weak..
Super facile rispondere al telefono al CDG, a condizione che tu chieda il telefono INSIDR, non il dispositivo wifi. La connessione a Internet è abbastanza stabile, tranne per le volte in cui è necessario riavviare il telefono per riconnettersi. Massimo 7 che condividono i dati contemporaneamente e la velocità è ancora buona. Questo affare ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e lo consiglio vivamente.
