Additional Information:

  • Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 160cm (sum of length, width, and height) and cannot weigh more than 25kg
  • Kindly indicate your email address and select the hotel of your accommodation where the delivery driver can drop off your luggage upon booking
  • Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, bag (briefcase) or ski equipments
  • Please hand carry your cash, credit cards, passports, flight-related documents, and other important articles or flight documents
  • Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with customer service. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • If the luggage does not meet any of the legel rules, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customer must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities
  • Please note that luggage delivery may be delayed in cases of disaster or inclement weather
  • A JPY300,000 worth of insurance is offerred for damages resulting from the delivery process, delay of 24 hours or more, loss, and expenses related to damages; damage to luggage handle or wheel due to deterioration, accommodation charges and airfare are not covered
  • If the service could not be used due to flight cancelation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Luggage-Free Travel Support Center and refunds will be issued

Booking Procedure:

  • Please go to the official website and check the list of available hotels and pick up dates for each
  • Select "From Hotel to Hotel"
  • Shipping Distance: Select the prefecture in the From/To fields
  • Luggage Size & Amount: Select Large
  • Click on the large yellow "Proceed to booking" button
  • Delivery Regions and Delivery Time: In the From section, select the hotel name, the luggage check-in date and luggage check-in time. In the To section, select the hotel name
  • The luggage delivery date and time will be shown
