Ero con mia madre in questo tour ed è stata un'esperienza davvero memorabile per noi. Innanzitutto ho prenotato un grab da Taipei City per andare al Tein Lai Resort and Spa a Jinshan New Taipei (se sei un amante della natura? Devi assolutamente prenotare questo tour 😊) Quindi, siamo arrivati all'hotel e pochi minuti dopo che la macchina grab è partita, mia madre si è resa conto di aver dimenticato il suo iPhone e il Power Bank sul sedile posteriore della macchina. Sono andato subito alla reception e ai due membri dello staff in servizio in quel momento (colpa mia, ho dimenticato i loro nomi 😂) E non hanno esitato ad aiutarci! Entrambi hanno provato a contattare l'autista del Grab in ogni modo possibile finché non siamo riusciti a contattarlo e poiché l'autista non capisce davvero l'inglese, è stato lo staff a parlare con l'autista del Grab (all'inizio avevamo già perso la speranza che le cose di mia madre non ci sarebbero state restituite), ma grazie a Dio l'autista è tornato indietro (anche se il Resort è molto lontano), ha restituito l'iPhone e il power bank di mia madre e ci ha persino rimandati al nostro hotel a Taipei City! 😊😊😊 Quel giorno era il compleanno di mia madre e il Tein Lai Resort and Spa non ha deluso le mie aspettative, rendendolo davvero speciale per lei. Il picnic nel giardino aperto con una magnifica vista sulla montagna (anche se non ci sono ancora i ciliegi in fiore che vorrei far vedere a mia madre) è davvero fantastico! 😍 e i 2 maggiordomi personali sono stati davvero accomodanti e amichevoli.. (Ho dimenticato anche i loro nomi. Scusa 😅) Consiglio vivamente questo tour ai turisti che amano la natura e immergersi nelle sorgenti termali naturali. Nel complesso, il posto, il personale, il cibo sono davvero fantastici e valgono il prezzo! 😊
