- A map guiding you to the meet up point will be included in the final itinerary that will be delivered to you within 48 hours of booking
- If the trip gets canceled within the scheduled day, no refunds will be given
- The operator will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings, or omissions due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.)
- A decision on whether to cancel the tour due to incelement weather will be decided by 3:00pm Japanese Standard Time one day before the tour date. The operator will inform you by email
