Autista molto allegro in attesa con un segno evidente di venirci a prendere. L'intero processo è stato molto efficiente. L'auto era di ottima qualità, l'autista era molto educato e guidava in modo molto sicuro. Tutto sommato un'esperienza piacevole e asciutta. Lo userò sicuramente di nuovo e lo consiglierei ai miei amici.
Il trasferimento in sé è stato molto conveniente. Il taxi era comodo e pulito. Il motivo per cui ho tolto una stella è la mancanza di comunicazione tra Klook e l'operatore locale. Ho dovuto ripetere i miei dettagli via e-mail, chattare e finire comunque per chiamare io stesso l'operatore locale per fornire i dettagli.
L'auto è grande, comoda, spaziosa e pulita. L'autista è molto gentile e l'auto è molto sicura. Poiché il nostro volo è arrivato in anticipo, non siamo riusciti a vedere l'autista quando siamo usciti, dopo aver cercato per un po 'lo abbiamo trovato immediatamente ed era molto imbarazzato!
