Snowcity è fantastico... ma KLOOK è patetico!! Klook non sa nemmeno che Snowcity è chiuso da quasi 2 mesi... e sono andati avanti e hanno confermato la mia prenotazione. Grazie ai ragazzi di Snowcity che hanno rimborsato i soldi. Non prenotare mai su Klook, molto inaffidabile e completamente distaccato dalle cose a terra!
