the best tour package since there are lots of snowfall during our time, the driver/tour guide really took care of us and also took pictures/videos of us. highly recommended for first time doing this activity, will do it again if ever we go back in sapporo.
The view of Mount Moere from within the park was a picturesque backdrop. The snow-capped mountain added a serene and majestic touch to the overall landscape, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

10/10 lo consiglierei!! questo è ottimo per i principianti a Sapporo e per la maggior parte delle attività invernali. Moerenuma è un po' difficile da raggiungere con il tragitto giornaliero/da solo, quindi avere l'istruttore a portata di mano è di grande aiuto!!👍🏼 HIRO È MERAVIGLIOSO! Ci ha insegnato i diversi tipi di impronte sulla neve e ha scattato le nostre foto. È stato molto paziente con noi. Non dimenticare di portare gli ombretti e di indossare molta crema solare sul viso quando lo fai. Mi è piaciuta moltissimo questa attività!

Mr Hiro and company were very accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed a lot in the park while snowshoeing. They capture videos and pictures like a pro. We highly recommend this activity if you are planning a trip to Sapporo during winter.
活動前一天聯繫Klook客服人員，詢問活動當天集合時間、地點以及導遊聯絡方式，確認集合時間、地點後，Klook說供應商會發email聯繫我，而我卻一直沒有收到，詢問了一下午還是一無所獲，隔天早上提早15分鐘到指定地點等待，還到處詢問路過的人，前前後後花了30分鐘的時間，確定自己被放鳥了⋯⋯ 還好Klook有退款，但僅有退款不免讓人感覺誠意不足，畢竟我們也花了很多時間詢問、等待，行李中也針對滑雪行程準備相關物品，這部份卻必須自行吸收，不免讓人覺得不近人情

Ci siamo divertiti molto con le ciaspole per la prima volta. Il Moerenuma Park è stato meraviglioso da esplorare sulla neve e la nostra guida Jiro ha scattato delle bellissime foto nel nostro gruppo di 6 persone. Il trasporto da e per l'hotel è stato molto conveniente. Molto divertente e ottimo per i principianti.

è un ottimo posto dove andare con la famiglia o gli amici. Sarebbe meglio se la guida portasse con sé caffè o tè in un bicchiere caldo, così potremmo berlo in mezzo al parco o tra gli alberi di Natale con la neve
