- The maximum passengers per car is 4. The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers are more than the capacity of the car
Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 pieces per car
- Special luggage such as wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, etc, will be counted as standard luggage

- Please note that the 10-hour service time will be counted from the pick up time you indicate at the checkout page
- The driver speaks only basic English. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English
- If you book a guide, he or she will be counted as a passenger and will occupy a seat
- This transfer does not provide child seats
- Please advise your proposed itinerary first once you book so the operator can check if there would be additional surcharge or need to suggest alternative routes or attractions
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- If the tour ends after midnight, the overtime surcharge for the driver is IDR50,000 per hour
- An overtime surcharge of IDR100,000 per hour (within city limits) and IDR 150,000 per hour (outside city limits) will be incurred if your itinerary goes beyond designated time limit (10 hours usage)
- An additional surcharge of IDR150,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Bekasi and Tangerang (Soekarno Hatta International Airport)
- An additional of surcharge is IDR175,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Karawang, Serang, Purwakarta to be paid cash directly to the driver

Guida spaziosa, autista ospitale. Altamente raccomandato. Ci ha portato in luoghi di interesse e allo stesso tempo ha fatto da guida. Generoso e puntuale con i suoi tempi. Abbiamo visitato una piantagione di tè, un ristorante in cima alla collina e lo zoo.
L'autista è stato gentile e rispettoso. L'auto era pulita. Siamo andati al Taman Safari e presumibilmente al parapendio, ma a causa della forte pioggia abbiamo svolto solo un'attività. La pioggia però ha reso il Safari bellissimo. Penso che ne valga la pena se vai in due o più località nell'area di Puncak. Avere un autista è bello perché non ti devi preoccupare del trasporto.
è stato fantastico. Dadan (autista) è arrivato puntuale e riusciamo a coprire i posti come da itinerario. Siamo andati a Cimory, piantagione di tè, Little Venice. La delusione è stata l'ingorgo a Jakarta già alle 16:00.

Pak Daus è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutarci, visto che non potevamo partecipare al safari. Ci ha anche suggerito altri posti, ma dato che abbiamo bambini, non possiamo andare molto lontano.
Mi è piaciuto così tanto il tour. Consigliamo vivamente Sir Dadan come guida turistica. Oltre ad assicurarsi che ci godiamo il tour in Taman Safari, ha anche istruito su dove trovare il rendang di manzo economico ma delizioso che c'è a Puncak! Un'esperienza così straordinaria.
