L'hotel è vicino al mondo di neve e ghiaccio di Huafa, una corsa in taxi costa solo 15 RMB, ci sono diversi ristoranti vicino all'hotel, ma non avere alcuna aspettativa per la colazione.

明明已收到klook確認訂單郵件，晚上去到酒店時被告知Klook並沒有將訂單通知他們，而酒店所有房間已全被預訂，所以沒有房間可提供。即時聯絡klook客服，系統表示服務時間外，只提供英文服務。但即使選擇英文客服，仍沒有人員提供協助，任由我們自行處理。翌日所謂的服務時間內，收到表示會跟進的罐頭郵件，但已過三天，什麼跟進也沒有。爛透了
