• Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, face-to-face
• Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (the sum of length and width must be 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
• Special luggage such as wheelchairs, infant strollers, sports equipment, etc. are allowed as long as the measurement of the items do not exceed the 180cm limit
• Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
• It is recommended to place your passport, flight documents and other important personal items in a hand-carry bag
• For luggage delivery from hotels to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up should be shouldered by the customer
• Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with customer service staff. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and LuggAgent no longer bears any responsibility
• If the luggage contains animals, plants, frozen, contraband, explosives iterms, mobile power, cash, passport and illegal items, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities
• Upon check out, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and inform them LuggAgent will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel
• USD1,600 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs

• For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, luggage collection and delivery must be completed by hand
• For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel/airport. Please note that the drop off time is not as the luggage collection
• For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site
• For luggage pick ups at the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
