Vehicle information

• 1 - 6 Person: Kia Carnival or similar 9-seater vehicle, accommodating up to 5 passengers with a maximum of four 24-inch luggages.
• 7 - 10 Person: Hyundai Starex or similar 12-seater vehicle, suitable for up to 7 passengers with a maximum of four 24-inch luggages.
• *Types of vehicles are for reference only; please note that there may be a change of vehicle types due to other factors on the tour date.

Luggage details

• Standard luggage size: 24-inch
• Luggage size 28-inch and above is considered as 1 passenger
• Two luggages size 20-inch is considered as 1 passenger
• Baby strollers/wheelchairs count as one passenger, please remarks if you are bringing one
• If luggage count differs, vehicle change may cost extra
• Specify luggage details to avoid inconvenience; company not liable if vehicle can't accommodate due to missing information.
• For additional or large luggages, choose larger vehicle types for comfort.

Insurance / Disclaimer

• Service Hours: 10hours Between 08:00-22:00
• Overtime Charge: KRW 30,000 per hour. Late arrivals of over 31 minutes are considered as 1 hour.
• Exceed Fees (After 22:00): Additional KRW 50,000
• Child Seat: KRW 15,000
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services： One pick-up location within Seoul city. For locations outside of Seoul city, please contact customer service
• Surcharge payments are made directly to the driver in cash.
• Service hours include the driver's return to Seoul. Overtime charges apply even if passengers disembark outside Seoul within 10 service hours.

Luggage Policy:

• The standard luggage size is 24"
• Luggage size over 28" will be counted as 1 passenger, while 2 pieces of luggage with sizes between 20" and 28" will be counted as 1 passenger
• Baby strollers by default are considered as a 28" luggage and therefore will be counted as 1 passenger. If you are bringing a stroller, please indicate in the space provided for luggage information at the checkout page

• 10:00am arrive at Vivaldi Park Resort
• 10:30am meet with tour guide and rent skiing clothes and equipment
• 11:00am-12:30pm ski/snowboard lesson
• 12:30pm-4:00pm free time
• 4:00pm return rented equipments and depart for Seoul
• 6:00pm drop off at hotel

• Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance

Additional Information:

• Children Policy: Free for children aged 0–2 (no seat, no skiing). Children aged 2+ are charged the same as adults.
• Snowyland Cable Car: Please board the cable car to Snowyland by 3:30pm latest to allow sufficient playtime. No refunds for late arrivals.
• Service Hours: Charter valid for 8–10 hours (8:00am–10:00pm). Overtime charge KRW 30,000/hour applies (over 31 minutes counts as 1 hour, paid directly to driver).

Gear & Lesson Rules:

• Ski boots: 165mm – 325mm
• Snowboard boots: 200mm – 300mm
• Equipment cannot be switched after rental.
• Coaches (English/Chinese) assigned according to rented equipment (ski or snowboard).
• Luggage & Requests: Provide full hotel address at checkout. Indicate luggage, stroller, baby seat, or wheelchair in advance—these may count as passengers depending on size.
• Restrictions: Skiing not recommended for pregnant women, participants with injuries, or limited mobility.
• Insurance: Not included. Guests are strongly advised to purchase their own insurance.
• Weather Conditions: Itinerary and pick-up times may vary due to traffic or weather. If Snowyland cable car is suspended, you may request a refund, reschedule, or change to another activity (price difference applies).
