This was our main goal in our Korea trip and it rrally ended up being our highlight. There was just a bit of a challenge from our end because I didn't see any options when i booked as to when I wanted to have our ski class (the lift pass may also be used as the gondola sightseeing pass but ahould be used within the same day only) and our snowy land pass. by default, the ski equipment will be rented out before reaching the main resort so if the clients are doing snowy land first on their arrival date and then aki on the next day, they will have to rent the ski equipment for 2 days. then it also needs to be highlighted that even if the hotel chexkout after 2 nights is at 11am, the bus will only leave the resort at 530pm. so better to reserve that afternoon for exploring the vivaplex mall (basement level). good thing for us it snowed that time while waiting for thw bus so we also had a great time despite "just waiting" for our bus back to Seoul. in snowy land daytrippers leave around 4pm.

Seconda visita a questa stazione sciistica. L'intero processo è impeccabile. Salire sull'autobus al punto di raccolta, scegliere l'abbigliamento da sci, raggiungere la stazione sciistica entro 2,5 ore. Il pacchetto include trasporto, abbigliamento e attrezzatura da sci, soggiorno in camera per 2 notti, Snowyland e skipass/snowboard. Nessun istruttore, però. Il personale è molto professionale.

Overall a very good Vivaldi 3D2N package. The hotel stay was comfortable with spacious, clean, and warm rooms. Snowyland and ski activities were well arranged and free and easy. Local agents were very helpful and always ensured we caught all transfers on time.

第一次體驗滑雪，我們一家兩大兩小，我在Klook訂三天兩夜的行程 包含了一天的纜車加上裝備 一天的snowyland的門票 , 我覺得Klook其實沒有把行程寫得很完整 所以剛開始會覺得接下來不知道要做什麼？ 例如早上七點從首爾出發。 接下來他其實會先開到一個租雪衣跟帽子的地方。在那邊停留大概20分鐘。雪衣會最後一天開車回到這個出租店來還。帽子則是第二天下午六點前要還到C棟2樓。你看。這些資訊Klook上面都沒有寫 所以你根本不知道要怎麼安排你的這三天的行程。 如果你打算第三天來滑雪，那不就完蛋了，沒有帽子用。 我本來以為遊覽車上會有一個類似導遊的人來解說這些，但都沒有，只有在集合地點的地方會有一個人送你上車就結束了。他們主要是透過‎WhatsApp來跟你聯絡的。 然後早上七點出發前往雪場的那一班車超級暈很多小朋友都在喊不舒服。到了飯店B棟大家會把行李聚集在一個角落（如圖）所以不用管寄放行李多問題。我第一天加第二天總共訂了三個一對二的教練和一個團課，每個教練的教學風格都不太一樣，但有一點確定的是。 如果有帶小小孩來的家長，最好讓小朋友至少五歲以上再來，因為小孩子裝備很多，穿完還要領雪鞋雪板就要至少一小時。小孩動作又慢，還聽不太懂英文，基本上你選一對二，兩個小時，教練也只能顧那個小的，還不如就選一對一，你自己在旁邊練就好了，一對二要兩個小時要6600台幣。這裡有些教練會講一點點中文，但大多是講英文的。再來，如果要學雙板，你要扛著四片雪板，4個竿子，帶小孩到雪場，根本是地獄。我們一開始上團課，但我上了半個小時就落跑了因為我們家四歲的弟弟完全跟不上 會拖累大家 很不好意思。 我們家是自己去淘寶買雪衣，然後第一天自己另外租纜車跟裝備。第二天再用三天兩夜套票送的纜車裝備。第三天再去snowyLand玩。

JSKI滑雪學校很專業，接送與住宿都很不錯，館內設施很豐富好玩，下次會想再來維爾瓦第渡假村

a very convenient on stop option. kids friendly venue and the price is reasonable. I would recommend to family with kids.

Whole experience was good with smooth transportation and tour guide. Price is reasonable for people who want to have the first experience of winter recreation though the accommodation can be better. Our room was very dusty and there were rubbish found under the bed.

The accommodation was acceptable overall, but several aspects left me disappointed. I was assigned 2nd floor with a view of the car park, which felt uninspiring. The biggest concern was the heating system. There was no way to adjust the temperature, and the only option to cool the room was to unlock the balcony door. This raised serious safety worries, as it meant leaving the room accessible while we were asleep. Although the service desk reassured me that CCTV cameras were in place, it did not fully ease my concerns. Another issue was the transport schedule. The shuttle back to Seoul city only departed at 5:30 pm, while check‑out was at 11 am. This left a long gap with no practical solution. On the positive side, the JSKI ski guide was outstanding. Patient, friendly, and genuinely supportive, they made the skiing experience enjoyable and were a highlight of the trip.

we did have great time, everything is in place, great accommodation, great guide , definitely book again next time
