萬楓酒店地點非常方便，無論離地鐵站或是沙灘都很近，附近亦有很多食肆，樓下有7-eleven。酒店清潔，床舖舒服，服務員態度友善。海洋世界很寬敞，飛行體驗很好玩。

酒店很好可以出沙灘又近大梅沙地鐵站職員招待很好一切順𣈱去海洋世界必定租這間酒店因為美高梅附近全部地盤

很失望的一次體驗，預訂禁煙房比安排了一間滿有煙味的房。前台職員要我一等再等。最後要下午3點幾先有房間。不推介再住。套票有願意塔，都算抵。

失望。。原本预訂是為家人慶祝生日，入住前已在klook平台不只一次跟客服溝通，希望酒店作出些生日禮遇，klook 客服也確認已跟酒店溝通，等酒店方當天按情况安排。入住當日到前台辦入住手續時跟職員查詢，酒店說完全沒有收到 klook 的備註，所以不能安排。我對此感到十分失望。如果 klook 不願意跟酒店溝通，可跟我說客人請直接跟酒店溝通，而不是說巳跟酒店備註，但原來是沒有行動。最令我不高興是在入住前我已經不只一次在 klook平台上跟客服查詢，每次答覆都是說巳跟酒店備註。是次預訂經驗大打折扣，對 klook 的服務質素也大打折扣。
