Booking guidelines

  • Your eSIM plan will begin upon connection to the destination mobile network, according to the date connected. For example, if you activate your 2-day plan on Monday, it will end at 23:59 on Tuesday.

  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Activation procedure

  • Registration and activation can only be done within Singapore
  • Step 1: For self-activation, connect to Wi-Fi upon arrival in Singapore and visit our self-registration portal. Input the redemption code(KKxxxxxxxx) provided in your voucher and click “Apply” to proceed with eSIM registration.
  • Step 2: Refer to SIM registration guide here. You will be required to scan your passport and perform face verification
  • Step 3: Upon successful eSIM registration, eSIM QR will be prompted immediately. You will receive the eSIM QR via email as well.
  • Step 4: Proceed to scan and activate eSIM via QR code.

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

sempre la mia eSIM preferita quando sono qui a Singapore. Facilissima da attivare. Basta seguire le istruzioni. Veloce per scaricare e caricare foto. Più economica di altre reti.

Excellent value and solid connection. Used this eSIM for 8 days across Singapore. Once activated, the 5G signal was strong everywhere, including in the MRT. The activation process was a little confusing at first, but after a quick troubleshoot, it worked perfectly. Great price for the amount of data you get. Highly recommend for a hassle-free trip!

Klook is really reliable, it's super easy to book M1 tourist esim from Klook and it's super easy to use. Once I can't use esim, klook just return all my money to me.
