- Infants aged 0-2 may participate for free as long as they don't occupy a seat. If they need their own seats, they will require a child ticket
- Only 1 infant aged 0-2 per adult may join for free without seats provided
- Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
- Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
- The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
- Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
- Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
- For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus
- Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle may be changed without prior notice to a small or medium sized bus or taxi

Questo autobus era molto pulito, puntuale e il punto di raccolta era molto vicino al nostro hotel. La foto allegata è in uno degli scali che abbiamo fatto per una pausa in bagno. Lo consiglierei ai viaggiatori per la prima volta a Niseko. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza per tutta la nostra famiglia.
Modo di trasporto senza problemi e più conveniente da Sapporo a Niseko/Rusutsu. Un must soprattutto durante l'inverno.
Ho prenotato i biglietti a Taiwan e ho pensato che fosse molto conveniente. Ci riproverò la prossima volta!
Il viaggio è stato regolare e puntuale. Tuttavia, si è verificato un errore di comunicazione, che ho chiesto a Klook online ma non ho ricevuto risposta: il mio autobus n. è il 501 (A) ma come ho guardato nell'orario, solo l'autobus 501 (C) passerà al punto di raccolta designato all'Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park. A causa della confusione, sono andato al JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, dove l'autobus (A) doveva prelevare i turisti alle 8:00. Non mi è stato permesso di salire a bordo, ma l'autista mi ha consigliato di andare all'Hotel Sunroute New Sapporo, ho speso altri 1.000 Yen per il taxi e fortunatamente ho superato l'orario di prelievo.

Modo molto efficiente e conveniente per andare a Niseko dall'aeroporto di New Chitose. Sono stati anche molto veloci nel rispondere alle mie domande tramite e-mail. :)
