Usage reminder
- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
- You will be charged for all the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you used the service

- Penalty for spoilt device at RM500 per device

Pick-up information
- You can present either a printed or mobile voucher at the kiosk or designated meeting point
- You will be required to make a refundable deposit of RM200 (by cash only)
Drop-off/return Information
- Return the device to the the kiosk or designated meeting point
- You will be refunded the full RM200 deposit should everything be in order
- Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period - any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of RM28/day x 1.5 x the number of extra days
Delivery information
- For any changes to your device rental during rental period, please call our operator's 24 hour hotline: +60 17 888 8201
- If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price (RM28 x 1.5 x the number of extra days) for any extra days when you return the device
Surcharges
- Any surcharges incurred must be paid directly to the operator

Ho usato il dispositivo wifi durante il mio viaggio in Giappone e questo è il motivo principale per cui ho scelto di nuovo Wiyo per il mio prossimo viaggio (Regno Unito). Ne vale sicuramente la pena e per quanto riguarda la connettività, è molto meglio di qualsiasi altro dispositivo wifi.
La migliore decisione presa. la connessione è stata fantastica! L'ho usato a Londra, Parigi, Svizzera, Amsterdam, Germania. La copertura è stata ottima. Posso usarlo per aggiornare i miei social media e persino come GPS per le indicazioni.
Mi piace molto l'accoglienza. Portalo in giro in mongolfiera. La ricezione è superba. Posso persino vc la mia famiglia in msia.❤️
Sarebbero state 5 stelle. Ma il 14 gennaio 2020 non siamo stati in grado di utilizzare il wifi dalla mattina fino a tardi nel pomeriggio intorno alle 14:00. Fortunatamente mio figlio (usando il numero dell'Irlanda) ha dati e ho usato il suo hotspot per contattare l'agente Wiyo per informarlo sul wifi. Altrimenti il wifi da viaggio Wiyo ha fatto il suo lavoro meravigliosamente. C'era anche qualcuno a dare e ritirare il dispositivo in KLIA. Molto conveniente. Altamente raccomandato di utilizzare questo wifi di Klook. Grazie Klook!
Ho tentato la fortuna... Ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto al KLIA e sono riuscito a ottenerlo entro un'ora, il che è stato fantastico... 😊😊😊
