This was such a good experience here in Da Lat. As a coffee lover, I had to join this after having done coffee making lessons in Ho Chi Minh. Tsuki showed us around the farm explaining how they grow the coffee, to roasting and actual experience in roasting the coffee and drinking it. Highly recommended! They also reach out if you want to share a cab with others since its 30mins away from center.

Avere il proprio veicolo è l'ideale, ma il trasporto può essere organizzato anche con il personale, poiché i servizi di ride-hailing potrebbero non trovare la posizione della fattoria.

Abbiamo fatto una visita molto piacevole e istruttiva alla piantagione di caffè. È stato affascinante vedere da vicino gli arbusti di caffè, raccogliere noi stessi le ciliegie mature e conoscere le diverse varietà. L'istruttore ha spiegato chiaramente ogni fase del processo, dall'essiccazione alla tostatura. Tostare una piccola quantità a mano è stato un momento particolarmente saliente, e assaggiare il caffè che avevamo tostato noi stessi è stata un'esperienza divertente. Un ottimo pomeriggio!

Ci siamo divertiti molto ad esplorare la fattoria e abbiamo apprezzato molto la spiegazione di Tsuki sul processo dalla fattoria alla tazza. È stato fantastico poter tostare il nostro caffè e assaggiarne i risultati.

We got lucky and was the only couple during the tour. An was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire time and we were able to play with so many farm dogs. They’re so cute and made our experience even better. We got to roast our own coffee, taste it, and also bring some home. Definitely recommend for anyone who’s a coffee lover. Do plan ahead for rides because it’s hard to get a grab back to the city. We were late for our next appointment, but that’s only because the farm is farther outside the city.
