Delivery information

  • Delivery is available within Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, and Bali area city limits only
  • For deliveries to Jabodetabek area, please select the Jakarta package
  • Please book your SIM card at least 5 days prior to your travel date
  • Please fill in your address and contact details at the checkout page
  • Delivery will be using JNE Courier. Get your tracking number through the website and check the latest status of your delivery

Activation procedure

  • Please check the package of your SIM card for the instruction manual on how to activate the SIM
  • Please turn on your mobile data roaming to activate the SIM card. If required, please input pin code 0000
  • The validity of this SIM Card will begin on the selected travel date upon check out
  • Important: Once the SIM card validity has been set by the operator, further changes or cancellations cannot be made
  • If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended

Cancellation policy

  • Refund can be requested for cancellations made prior to delivery of the SIM card by the operator.
  • Once delivered, no refunds will be issued
  • The SIM card will only be refunded in cases of operational issues. Delivery fees will not be eligible for refunds
