Tour del Lago Moraine e del Lago Louise da Calgary, Canmore, Banff

The trip was smooth and great! My only suggestion wouldve been some more time at both lakes as it felt we could have spent more time at each. But overall would 100% recommend if anyone wants a half day long lakes trip!

Ci siamo divertiti un mondo in questo tour! Tutto è stato incredibilmente ben organizzato fin dall'inizio. Un ringraziamento speciale ed enorme al nostro autista e guida, Kulinder. È stato fantastico: estremamente professionale, puntuale e molto competente. Si è preso cura di noi per tutto il viaggio e si è assicurato che avessimo un viaggio tranquillo, sicuro e confortevole. La sua grande energia ha davvero reso la nostra giornata. Consiglio vivamente questo tour a chiunque, e se vi capita Kulinder come guida, vi aspetta un'esperienza straordinaria! 10/10!

Il viaggio è andato bene. Siamo arrivati in orario e abbiamo avuto tempo sufficiente in ogni lago. L'autista è stato bravo. Nel complesso, un buon tour.

As friendly and attentive their staff were, the actual service was not really good. They moved our original booking time, which I didn’t mind as much. But then they were late on the agreed pick up time. It wasn’t explained that there were multiple pick-up stops. There was a lack of communication or instruction on how or where to find them. They asked us if we needed car seats but what they provided were not fit for the bus seats and even more of a security risk! When we reached Moraine Lake, the park security warned that the pass/decal that the vehicle had was incorrect. Everybody was anxious we wouldn’t be allowed to proceed! Good thing the parks people were gracious and allowed entry that one time. The Lakes were amazing, no doubt, but the bus service was lacking.

정말 최악. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않아요. 멋대로 전날 밤 9시 이후에 일정을 변경해서 잠도 못자고 일찍 출발했는데, 돌아오는 길에 5분 전에 내려서 다음 버스를 타라 하고 버스는 떠나버림. 버스 고객센터에 전화하니 2시간 기다려라 해줄 수 있는게 없다 쇼핑이나 하고 있어라 태도가 최악이었어요. 심지어 캘거리로 바로 가는 일정이라 예약한거였고, 가족 집에 머무는거라 호텔에서도 먼 곳이었어요. 근데도 다운타운이라 예약했던건데 모든게 최악이었습니다. 오후에 헤리티지 파크 예약까지 마친 상황이었는데 해당 티켓도 돈을 날린 상황입니다. 멋대로 일정을 바꿔버리고 5분 전 통보라니 정말 최악이에요. 심지어 다음 버스를 탔더니 공항부터 간다네요 ㅋ 그동안 기다린 저희는 또 손해보면서 공항까지 간 이후에 다운타운으로 갈 수 있었습니다. 무려 저녁 7시에요. 집까지 또 40분 걸려서 갔어요. 8시 넘어서 도착했고, 하루를 날렸습니다. 벤프에 내려서 구경하면 된다지만 이미 수요일에 벤프 투어를 잡아둔 상황이었고 캘거리에서의 일정도 모두 틀어져서 화나고 굉장히 기분 나쁜 상태로 하루를 망쳐버렸어요. 회사에서 힘들게 휴가 내고 온 여행이 이렇게 최악으로 변하다니 별점 1점도 아까워요. 정말 다시는 선택하지 않을거에요. 하루라는 시간을 낭비하게 되다니 적어도 한 달 이상 여행 오는 사람들만 선택하시길 바랍니다. 환불이나 해주려나 모르겠네요.
