Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)

esperienza straordinaria anche se era un po' di fretta
La società non è riuscita a consegnare l'articolo WIFI ed è stata contattabile. Ho cercato di chiedere aiuto a KLOOK. ho parlato con 5 diversi agenti del servizio cus e la mia chat è terminata 3-5 volte da ALTRI agenti e il mio problema era IRRISOLTO. Ora devo trovare un'altra alternativa e il mio volo parte tra poche ore. Servizio orrendo.
Nessun problema di wifi durante il mio soggiorno in Corea per 15 giorni. Sicuramente lo userò di nuovo per i miei prossimi viaggi.
