È più economico noleggiare tramite Klook rispetto al noleggio dall'aeroporto. La raccolta dall'aeroporto di Changi è stata comoda e facile da trovare, la ricezione è stata abbastanza buona, la velocità di caricamento anche abbastanza veloce e fluida.

Non ha consegnato alla fine. Abbiamo scoperto che non ci sarà consegna dopo numerose chat e chiamate. Molto irresponsabile. Ci ha detto di aspettare l'e-mail che nessuno ha inviato. Era un cliente di Klook da molti anni. Nessuno ci ha avvisato. Abbiamo dovuto cercarne un altro a poche ore dal nostro volo. Servizio molto terribile. Non userò più Klook. Molto turbato e deluso.
Brutta esperienza. L'articolo non è arrivato e non c'era nessun numero da chiamare. Klook non ha potuto aiutare in tempo perché non avevano nemmeno il numero di contatto del fornitore. Non sono riuscito a trovarmi un altro wifi portatile in tempo perché altri provider avevano già chiuso per la settimana. Non lo consiglio affatto.
