- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage

- WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been sold out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- Simply select your required number of days when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, you can pay for extra days on return
Compensation Charges:
- Loss, damage or breakage of wireless modem: VND3,650,000
- Loss or breakage of multi-plug: VND350,000
- Loss, damage or breakage of charger: VND350,000
- Loss or breakage of USB Cord: VND110,000
- Loss, damage or breakage of Protection bag: VND110,000
Delivery Location:
- Please note: This delivery service is only available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
- Free shipping areas in Hanoi: Hoan Kiem district, Ba Dinh district, Dong Da district, Hai Ba Trung district
- Free shipping areas in Ho Chi Minh: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11; Phu Nhuan district, Binh Thanh district
- If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper
Delivery Procedure:
- Delivery hours: 9:00am-11:30am and 2:00pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Please leave your address at checkout. WiFi device will be delivered to you at least 2 days before your departure date
- You must present your voucher upon pick up
- Please note: You will be asked to leave a VND1,000,000 deposit to the shipper
Return Procedure:
- Return/pick up hours: 9:00am-11:30am and 2:00pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- WiFi device will be picked up from the address 1-2 days after your trip, our shipper will contact you to coordinate your pick up
- If everything is in order, you will be refunded the full deposit of VND1,000,000 upon the return of the device
- Please note: Pay for the extra days used if you exceeded the limited number of days for usage of the device
- In case of late return, lost or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
