About this product
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of IDR 700,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

- This particular service is only provided for Bali
- Minimum of 3 day charge
- Starting 1 Aug 2019, the airport counter is no longer available. Please find the airport representative at each terminal to collect or return your WiFi

- Please take note to return the device before checking in at Departure H
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
