  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: VND3,650,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: VND110,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: VND110,000
  • Loss, damage or breakage of charger: VND350,000
  • Loss or breakage of multi-plug: VND350,000
  • If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
