Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport. The registration process will require you to sign the document and pay IDR6,000 for stamp at the booth. We strongly recommend that you allow the staff at the booth to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation
- Important: Please bear in mind that activation process will take up to 2 hours
- All SIM cards will be activated after redemption with validation and verification by the staff at the booth. If you would like to activate your SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates

- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The SIM card registration process will take about 30 minutes
- The SIM card is inclusive of 300 minutes local and international calls and 300 free local and international SMS. You are responsible with all the SIM Card services
- Please fill in your passport details at checkout for SIM card booking purposes
- 1 passport is valid for 1 SIM Card and can be used for 14 days only. If you stay for more than 14 days or run out of data before 14 days, you need to top up internet data packages through MyTelkomsel app or GraPARI Telkomsel all around Indonesia
- It is highly recommended that you check the SIM’s total coverage area prior to purchasing. Please be informed that the speed of your connection is dependent on the reception at your current location
- If you find any difficulties in using the SIM Card, please restart your phone first and if the problem still occurs, please call the customer hotline number listed on your SimPATI Tourist Card Package

Dopo essere sceso dall'aereo e aver ritirato i bagagli, c'erano molti negozi che vendevano sim card, ho trovato un negozio con il logo Klook, ho scansionato il voucher e l'ho preso velocemente.

In effetti è molto comodo, solo che durante le feste lo sportello non era aperto, ma il servizio clienti è stato molto veloce nell'aiutarmi.

Dopo aver passato la dogana, inizialmente mi era stato detto di riposarmi allo sportello rosso delle telecomunicazioni, ma non sapevo se avevo chiesto al negozio vicino. Ho visto il cartello KLOOK quando sono uscito dal cancello dell'aeroporto. Il personale ha scattato una foto del tuo passaporto e ti ha aiutato a installarlo. Non ci sono stati costi aggiuntivi. Era installato e pronto per l'uso, e non c'era bisogno di aspettare. Sono andato nella Bali centrale, orientale e meridionale ed è andata tutto liscio👍🏻

Molto facile da rivendicare. Non c'è bisogno di dare pagamenti aggiuntivi. Sono stati anche loro a inserire la sim nel router. Si trovavano poco prima delle porte di uscita dell'aeroporto. Dato che avevamo il wifi con noi ovunque, è stato facile prendere e trovare i ristoranti in cui volevamo andare. Ottimo acquisto.

Prenotare la Telkomsel Tourist SIM tramite Klook ha molteplici vantaggi. Ho pagato la SIM nella mia valuta locale. Risparmia tempo e fatica in aeroporto soprattutto perché devi fornire i dettagli del passaporto (questo può essere fatto più facilmente su Klook fornendo i dettagli al momento della prenotazione) e devi pagare in contanti se non prenoti in anticipo tramite Klook. Avevamo prenotato 3 carte SIM e il tempo totale impiegato allo sportello per un massimo di 5 minuti. Attivano la SIM sul posto, anche se Klook afferma che potrebbero essere necessarie un massimo di 2 ore per l'attivazione. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Ti consiglio di acquistare qui su Klook, molto più economico e devi solo ritirare la sim all'aeroporto al tuo arrivo. Funziona e il segnale è buono. Io e il mio migliore amico abbiamo acquistato entrambi i nostri sim qui. Lo riacquisteremo sicuramente quando decideremo di visitare nuovamente Bali. 😊
